Hello! My name is Autumn and I'm the one behind Autumn's Cosplay! I have been cosplaying since 2014, and competing for just as long. I love competitive cosplay in particular. My favorite techniques include embroidery and leatherworking.

I cosplay characters that I love, and hope it can bring some joy to others. Many of my costumes are handmade by me. I like challenging myself to bring characters to life and that usually includes their furry sidekicks!

Leather Working in Costuming
Adam welcomes cosplayer Autumn Desjardins to the cave while she in town for this year's Maker Faire. Autumn specializes in building armor, shaping the pieces out of leather for its durability, versatility, and comfort. Adam learns how she makes these suits of armor to show and compete in cosplay competitions as they compare notes on working with leather!
Faraday Tape and Electronics!
Friends of Tested Ben Eadie @DreadMakerRoberts) and Autumn Desjardins visit the cave to introduce Adam to a material he's never worked with before: conductive faraday fabric that can be used to connect and power LEDs in cosplay and other projects!
